Main Floor Living Room

Located just off the kitchen is the main floor living room complete with a giant wood burning fireplace and comfy leather chairs. This is a great place for reading, playing games, enjoying the mountain views or telling fish stories.

Guest Bedroom

Located on the main floor are two guest bedrooms. One has a Queen sized, log framed bed, the other has a bunk bed that will sleep two.

Guest Bath

This complete bathroom is just across the hall from both main floor guest bedrooms and features a tile tub and shower, vanity and toilet.

Located in the finished basement, the media room is the perfect place to watch your favorite movie, enjoy your favorite satellite fishing or hunting program or relax to soothing music.

This is one of Susan’s favorite rooms in the house. We built this warm and comfortable spa as the perfect get a way after a long day of fishing on Colorado’s incredible trout water. Sink into the large Jacuzzi tub, turn down the lights and listen to your favorite music, you’ll quickly find yourself a million miles from any care in the world!

The wrap around deck allows for spectacular views of the peaks surrounding the property. Sit in the rocking chairs and watch deer play below in the aspens and enjoy frequent visits from Humming Birds as they enjoy the sweet nectar in the feeders hanging from the covered deck.
